This lush dip has a deliciously herby flavor from the chives, mint and dill. Greek yogurt serves as a healthy base, replacing the mayonnaise and sour cream found in the full-fat version of this recipe. We purred the dip in a blender to ensure that you taste the flavorful mixture of herbs with every bite. You can serve this as a dip with crackers, crostini or fresh vegetables. Or you could serve it as a dipping sauce with your weeknight meals such as shrimp or fish. Or add it as a topping to roasted vegetables.

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

Dill

2 Tbsp, chopped

Uncooked scallion(s)

1 medium, sliced

Puree all ingredients in blender or food processor. Spoon into serving bowl; sprinkle with additional chives and cracked black pepper. Serve with vegetable crudités or use as a salad dressing.
