These four-ingredient treats offer a fun way to turn our Chocolate-Caramel Snack Bars into an elevated dessert. The bars are chopped, piled into mini phyllo shells, and baked until just softened. While the bars don’t completely melt, they relax to a chewy-gooey texture that’s fantastic against the super-crisp phyllo shells. Don’t forget the sprinkling of flaky sea salt and dollop of whipped topping; those small touches make a big impact on the overall flavor and provide irresistible textural contrasts. To make the gooey bars easier to chop, chill them first.

Preheat the oven to 300°F. Line a small sheet pan with parchment paper.

Cut each snack bar lengthwise into thirds, and then cut crosswise into small pieces (this will help them sit well in the phyllo shells). Divide the chopped bars evenly among phyllo shells. Place the shells on the prepared pan. Bake until the filling is softened, about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven; sprinkle evenly with the sea salt and top each tart with 1 tsp whipped topping. Serve warm.
