This mayo-free slaw is a fresh, crisp take on the soggy standby. Jicama, walnuts, and apple give it great crunch. It takes just 15 minutes to make since all you have to do is toss all the ingredients together in a bowl—really doesn't get much easier than that! The dressing, made with honey, apple cider vinegar, and walnut oil, strikes the perfect balance of sweet, tart, and nutty. This recipe is also extremely versatile; feel free to use any dried fruit you like, red onions instead of shallots, or pecans instead of walnuts. It'll soon become one of your favorite go-to fall side dishes.
