How to Prepare
In a mug, combine the shallot and pepper and coat with cooking spray; microwave 1 minute. Stir together the bacon, eggs, 1 tbsp water, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl; pour into the mug and stir to combine. Microwave 1 minute; stir well. Microwave an additional 30 seconds; stir. Top with the cheese; microwave 30 seconds to melt.
