Weight Watchers Reduced-fat Mexican style shredded cheese

Canned chipotle sauce
1 tsp
Whole-wheat tortilla
1 medium
Uncooked scallion(s)
1 Tbsp, sliced
Uncooked red onion(s)
2 tsp, or minced
Hot pepper sauce
⅛ tsp, or to taste (optional)
How to Prepare
Mash beans in a small bowl; mix in cheese and hot sauce. Spoon bean mixture over tortilla and wrap up burrito-style (first tuck in ends and then roll in sides). Place burrito seam-side down on a plate and microwave, covered, until warmed through and cheese is melted, about 1 minute. Serve sprinkled with scallions, onions and hot sauce.
