How to Prepare

Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave on high until just set, stopping microwave and stirring after 45 seconds, about 1 1/2 minutes total (or cook in a skillet on stove). Sprinkle cheese over tortilla and top with eggs; drizzle with hot sauce, roll up tortilla and serve.
