Bliss balls are perfect for a morning or afternoon pick-me-up. Store them in a reusable container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to2months. Thaw at room temperature or pack frozen into a snack box and they‘ll thaw and be ready to eat when the sweet cravings hit.


Ingredients
Fresh dates
300 g, pitted, coarsely chopped
Dried fig(s)
100 g, coarsely chopped
Shredded or desiccated coconut
¼ cup(s), (20g)
Raw cashews
½ cup(s), (75g)
Dry rolled oats
¼ cup(s), (25g)
Cocoa powder
¼ cup(s), (25g)
Chia seeds
2 tbs, white variety
Instructions

Process dates and figs in a food processor until finely chopped. Add coconut, cashews, oats and cocoa and process until the mixture forms a firm paste. Add 1-2 teaspoons water if necessary to bring the mixture together.

Place chia seeds in a shallow dish. Shape mixture into 36 balls and roll in chia seeds to coat.
