Victoria's chocolate bliss balls

Ingredients
Raw almonds
85 g
Dry rolled oats
½ cup(s), (45g)
Shredded or desiccated coconut
¼ cup(s), (20g)
Fresh dates
9 individual, pitted
Cocoa powder
2 tbs
Vanilla bean extract, alcohol free
1 tsp
Instructions

Process almonds, oats and coconut in a food processor until finely chopped. Add dates, cocoa powder, vanilla and 1-2 teaspoons water. Process until well combined.

Using damp hands, roll 1 heaped teaspoon of date mixture into a ball. Place on a plate. Repeat to make 19 more balls. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
