When it comes to a quick, satisfying breakfast, it is hard to beat overnight oats. Here, almond milk and chocolate peanut butter powder join forces for a rich, nutty breakfast cereal. We suggest topping it with banana slices, but you could use just about any kind of fresh fruit you have on hand.

Ingredients
Banana
1 medium, plus extra sliced banana to serve
Dry rolled oats
⅓ cup(s), (30g)
Unsweetened almond milk
½ cup(s), (125ml)
Peanut butter powder
2 tbs
Instructions
1
Mash half of the banana in a bowl or jar, chop the other banana half and add to the bowl with the remaining ingredients and a pinch of salt. Stir, cover and refrigerate overnight.
2
Serve, garnished with fresh fruit, if you like.
