Ingredients
Wrap, rye
80 g, (2 x 40g)
Whole grain mustard
3 tsp
Butter lettuce
10 g, (4 leaves)
Celery
1 individual, thinly sliced
Apple
1 medium, cut into thin matchsticks
Cooked skinless chicken breast
80 g, chopped
Reduced-fat 15% cheddar cheese
1 slice(s), (1 x 21g slice), cut into 4 thin strips
Instructions

Place the wraps on a board and spread the mustard evenly down the centre of each.

Top with lettuce, celery, apple, chicken and cheese, then fold in top and bottom and roll up wraps to serve.
