How to Prepare
Boil potatoes until tender. Cut potatoes into quarters. Preheat a chargrill. Cook salmon fillet to your liking. Flake salmon into pieces. Combine lemon juice and olive oil in a jug. Season with salt and pepper. Combine salmon, potatoes, green beans, tomatoes, egg, lettuce leaves and olives in a bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss to combine.
