Points-saving hacks
Try a cappuccino instead of a latte—it has less milk (but more foam), so it’s fewer Points.
Let taste guide your choice of milk; plant-based versions (soy, almond, oat) tend to be sweetened, so won't save you Points over nonfat regular milk.
For a 0-Points drink, order a cafe americano or cold brew with skinny (sugar-free) syrup, then ask for or add a splash of nonfat milk (up to 3 tbsp).
Order plain oatmeal with cinnamon and buy a banana to slice on top for a filling 0-Point breakfast.
Try your usual coffee drink iced; cold versions tend to be lower in Points since ice replaces some of the bev.
