How to reach your hydration target
Discover easy ways to stay sipping.

Most of us know we should be drinking water. When we don’t get enough water, we generally don’t feel great. Being under-hydrated by as little as 2% can bring on headaches, brain fog, fatigue, and other forms of discomfort.
Here are some ways to make it easier to stay hydrated:
Drink from a large water bottle (32 ounces or more). The fewer times you have to refill it, the more likely you are to keep drinking.
Try to take a swig every time you get up from your desk, check social media, or during any other frequent habits you have throughout the day.
Bubbles count! Unsweetened, sugar-free seltzers, club soda, and sparkling water — whether plain or flavored — also count toward your hydration goal, although they may make you feel more full than noncarbonated beverages.
Set reminders on your phone to nudge you toward your water bottle every hour.
Take a cue from the spa and infuse your water with citrus, cucumber, berries, pineapple chunks, watermelon chunks, fresh ginger, or herbs like basil or mint. Bonus tip: freeze the fruit first to cool your drink down!
